What are your rates?

Rates are based on your needs. The cost to clean a single family home normally starts at $100.00 per cleaning session.

Do you supply your own cleaning materials?

I provide cleaning materials and solutions, however through special requests you can provide special cleaning solutions or some of your own equipment. **Specifics will be (1) agreed upon and (2) outlined in the service contract between the client and myself.

How many people will clean my home?

In most cases, it will only be me cleaning your home. In the event that I need additional assistance, I may bring an additional helper; I would notify you of my helper and give the opportunity to meet her.

What time will you be at my home?

I practice accommodating my clients to the best of my ability. House cleanings can start as early as 7:00 am and in other cases I start later and work into the early even hours.

What is the difference between you and a national cleaning company?

The main difference between my services and those offered by a national cleaning company is the level of personal service which I provide versus the standard template approach which is adopted by the large companies.

With my services I am only a phone call away, and you will always deal with me directly.

You will have the added peace of mind knowing that I will be the only person in your home. On the occasions that I need additional assistance, my assistant will always be made known to you and subject to your approval.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

In the event that something is damaged in the process of cleaning your home, I will make every effort to repair the broken item, or if necessary, have it replaced.

Must I be home for you to clean my home?

Remaining at your home is entirely optional. Many clients make arrangements for me to (retrieve the key from a) safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left turned off or I can make arrangement to have an alarm code for disengagement & reengagement.

If I have pets, do I need to secure them while you’re cleaning my home?

If your pets are very protective of your home when you are away, I ask that you secure them; otherwise I am able to work among pets.

What happens if you (or your assistant) are injured in my home?

If I, or my assistant, were to become injured in your home, I would be covered by my business provisions and/or my company insurance.

What if I am not pleased with the cleaning that was done?

I guarantee the satisfaction of all of my clients. If you are not happy with the cleaning that I performed for you, you are encouraged to call me to discuss the problem. I will put forth the effort to correct the problem in a timely manner.

Would I be responsible to the IRS and/or South Carolina state for payroll and other taxes?

No, I am an independent contractor hired to perform your personal house cleaning services. All responsibility for taxes lies on me.

What methods of payments do you accept?

I accept Cash, Check, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, Discover, & PayPal Payments.

What if I have to reschedule my cleaning?

If you have to reschedule a cleaning service, please notify me at lease 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. When you book an appointment with me, the time for that appointment is blocked off and reserved for you. By notifying me as soon as possible, I am able to service other clients.

What if I need a cleaning on a short notice?

In many cases, I am able to provide services on short notices. If you are a regular client that has an “on-going” service agreement, you will have priority if you need to add an additional cleaning (such as getting ready for a party on short notice).

If you have not signed an “on-going” service agreement and you need cleaning on a short notice, I am able to provide services if my schedule permits it. Clients with “on-going” service agreements get priority.
